吴建华(博导)

集美大学二级教授、博士生导师,哈尔滨工程大学博士生导师;曾任中国船舶重工集团公司第七二五研究所研究员,海洋腐蚀与防护全国重点实验室 (常务)副主任,七二五所青岛分部副主任、厦门分部主任,青岛双瑞防腐防污有限公司总工程师,厦门双瑞船舶涂料有限公司总经理。

中国腐蚀与防护学会海洋生物污损防护技术专业委员会主任委员,第十届/十一届中国腐蚀与防护学会副理事长,当选中国腐蚀与防护学会 会士,第八届福建省优秀科技工作者,山东省2024年度泰山产业领军人才项目首席专家,厦门市拔尖人才。《中国腐蚀与防护学报》、《Corrosion Communications》、《表面技术》、《Progress in Polymer Science》、《Journal of Material Science》等刊物编委及多个国内外专业刊物审稿人。

完成了几十项重大重点国防、国家科研项目和国家重大工程的腐蚀保护,主持承担了国家安全重大基础研究计划(国防973)、国家重点基金、国家科技支撑计划、国家重点研发计划、、国防基础科研、国防重点预研等科研项目;完成了上海东海大桥钢桩防腐保护、春晓气田海底管道阴极保护、番禺海底管道阴极保护、天津港码头阴极保护、国家重点型号舰船防腐防污等项目。

主持完成了阴极保护用多种高效铝合金牺牲阳极材料研究,已广泛应用于我国军、民船舶、重大基础设施和工业领域。主持开展了阴极保护边界元数值模拟技术研究,应用于船舶、海洋平台、储油罐、地下管网等设施的阴极保护设计,为阴极保护优化设计和全寿期效果评估提供了技术支撑。

主持开展了“舰艇腐蚀电磁场防护技术”系列研究,全面系统地研究了舰艇腐蚀相关电磁信号的产生和控制措施,研究成果打破了国外军事强国的技术封锁,提出了同时控制腐蚀和腐蚀电磁信号的技术途径和成套技术。

主持国家安全重大基础研究项目“舰艇长效防腐防污涂层材料与界面基础研究”(国防973),项目取得突破性进展,获得了涂层体系界面化学结合和实现长效环保防污涂层的技术途径;主持国家科技支撑计划项目“环境友好型高性能涂料制备技术开发及应用”研究,突破水性化和超高固体份的高性能涂料制备技术,实现超低VOC涂料生产与示范应用,带动了我国涂料行业向绿色环保和高性能方向发展。

目前共获得省部级科技成果奖9项,在国内外刊物、重要会议发表论文和大会特邀报告100余篇,参加编写专著5部,主译专著1部。参加编制国家标准、国军标和行业标准5项,受理授权发明专利24项。
